We ship via AusPost throughout Australia, just complete your order via Shop and select your state location, for shipping and postage details. Our Kisaan Estate Shiraz is available for overseas purchase, just get in touch directly via the Contact section.

Additional terms:

  1. If Your order goes missing, or is damaged, between dispatch and delivery, We will send You a replacement order as soon as We can. If We are unable to dispatch replacement goods within 7 days We will offer You a full refund. For these purposes, delivery takes place when products are left at the delivery address specified in Your order.

  2. Our courier may require a proof of age identification check if they deem it reasonable at the time they are making the delivery to You or Your authorized agent.

  3. If Your order is undeliverable we will contact you to arrange for re-delivery. We may charge you a fee for any re-deliveries.

  4. Risk of damage, loss or deterioration to the product passes to You on delivery.

  5. Title to the product remains with Us until we receive the full price of the product from you in cleared funds.

RETURN POLICY

Our Returns Policy includes the rights you have under the Australian Consumer Law (see below) and provides you with additional benefits in addition to those rights, because your satisfaction is important to us. 

 

Your rights under the Australian Consumer Law

'Our goods come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law.  
You are entitled to a replacement or refund for a major failure and for compensation for any other reasonably foreseeable loss or damage. You are also entitled to have the goods repaired or replaced if the goods fail to be of acceptable quality and the failure does not amount to a major failure.' 

 

If in the event your purchase is faulty, damaged, wrongly described or breaches a consumer guarantee we will cheerfully refund your money or exchange the product upon presentation of your proof of purchase. If your purchase incurred a delivery fee, then we will cover the cost of delivery for the return if Kisaan Estate's is at fault. That is, if the wrong product is delivered, there is a fault with the product (including any damage caused in transit) or Kisaan Estate's has breached a consumer guarantee. In all other circumstances, including change of mind, the delivery charge will be deducted from the refund to the customer. 

 

You agree that you cannot change or cancel an order after it has been placed. If you wish to change or cancel your order please contact us as soon as possible on 0499987878. Please review our operating hours before calling as the hours may vary depending on the day of the week and the time of year. Every attempt will be made to accommodate your request, however unfortunately no guarantee can be given once an order has been placed. If we agree to you changing or cancelling your order after it has been placed, we may do so subject to you providing proof of purchase, to the ordered products being in their original condition and packaging and to you agree to pay an amount we request on account of our reasonable costs of processing the change or cancellation. If your order has already been processed, you may still be able to return your order, which can be done easily through Kisaan Estate's physical store or via Australia Post.

Ordering

  1. By placing an order with Us You are confirming that You are 18 years or older. It is illegal for Kisaan Estate to sell alcohol to anyone under the age of 18. It is Your responsibility to consume alcohol sensibly.

  2. When You give Kisaan Estate Your credit or debit card details You are confirming that You are either the card holder, or that You have permission from the card holder to use the card for the purpose of ordering wine from Kisaan Estate.

  3. The delivery address supplied by You must be in Australia. For overseas orders please contact us directly.

  4. No payment will be taken from Your card until the goods You have ordered are dispatched from Our warehouse.

  5. We reserve the right to cancel any orders We cannot fulfill for any reason. If Your order is cancelled We will contact You to inform You of the cancellation and refund any money You have paid Kisaan Estate for that order.
